Chels as her friends call her she's into online marketing or sells for she sells some of the best luxurious items shoes, bags and clothes....... With her fast growing brand CHF (Chelsea home of fashion) with clients all over the world, making use of the Internet as the best Forum to do her Business.
She also recently came out with a Good idea to source companies in the Netherland to establish their business in Africa, her goal is to link Europe to Africa in terms of business and showcase also our rich cultural and social values. Chelsea works hard to meet her clients needs and also balance school work.........Hopefully she would be with us in December for our annual Richteen conference to share some of her marketing Tips to us which is something to look up too......... I am Chelsea Odili and presently in Holland, am Nigerian and I am proud to call myself a young entrepreneur.
I am 16 years old

I’m from rivers state and I am the oldest out of two and the only girl

Definitely my Michael kors items

What's your dress sense like?
My dress sense is classy and stylish in a youthful way.
What do you do to make your money?
I started my own business and it’s called Chelsea’s Home of Fashion also known as CHF. With this I can sell luxurious fashion items to various clients all over the world
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I keep my clients fashionable, classy and stylish in their own way and most of all I love making my clients happy it puts a smile on my face and it really encourages me.
Describe a typical workday for you?
I start by going to check my mails, Facebook or instagram accounts to see if there are new orders.
If there are new orders I place the orders to the companies. Once in a while I make phone calls to various companies or send mails to them.
Then I keep my clients updated with the newest fashionable items by updating my business pages and checking fashion blogs and keeping myself updated with what’s new in the fashion industry.
I can actually consider my workday very interesting because without running around I can accomplish a lot via the net and I love what I do so no complaining.
How do you describe your work style?
Flexible, neat and I always listen to the needs of my clients. I don’t disappoint my clients.
What kind of personality do you work best with?
I love working with personalities that inspire me, advice me and encourages me.
How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
It has still remained the same just that they see me as a young person working towards her dreams and they are very proud of me.
What do you do on a daily basis to grow as a young entrepreneur?
I study, check out the new trends and I update my page daily.
Who's your role model/mentor?
Definitely my mom. She inspires me because she has her own organization in the Netherlands that promotes the positive side of Africa.
How Far are you willing to go to succeed?
I am willing to go very far because this is what I love doing.
What would you say are the top skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
• You have to believe in yourself
• You have to set your goals and accomplish them
• If you fall you should get back up
• Patience is crucial
• Don’t let anyone put you down or tell you that you are not smart enough
• Always have a backup plan
• Don’t be afraid to make mistakes or to start something because if you fail it is a sign that you tried
I define success as living my true purpose and having a positive impact on the lives of people by uplifting them and inspiring them to think and act in ways that they may not have considered before - To me, success means creating a business that empowers customers, employees, and community in equal measure. We want to add positive value to people's lives, from a personal and professional standpoint. The purpose of our lives is to contribute our unique, God-given gifts to have an extraordinary positive impact on the lives of others and the world.
How do you market yourself or get what you do out there?

If you could talk to one person from the history who would it be?
Nelson Mandela because he has inspired so many peoples lives.
What makes you happy?
Family, friends and of course dancing I so love dancing and singing tho I can’t sing hahahaha.
What is the best movie you've seen this year?
30 days in Atlanta definitely the funniest movie lol..
If you were to be an animal, which one would you like to be?
A lion because I am a leader and I am born to lead.
Where do you see yourself in the next 10 - 20 years ?
Succesful and blessed by God’s grace.
